Description

English cream (vanilla sauce) prepared with top quality Italian cream, fresh selected milk from Italian pastures and fresh eggs. Ideal for making Bavarian, creamy and as a decoration for dessert. Delicate taste and full texture. It guarantees a perfect emulsion with chocolate.

Shelf life

  • Shelf life: 12 months
  • Temperature: store between 0° and + 4°C
  • Shelf life after opening: 3/4 days
  • Optimal use temperature: between 0° and + 4°C

Product preparation

  1. Pour half of the Base Giulia into a container and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, until the panna cotta has no longer liquid. Do not boil.
  2. Add the right quantity of gelatine according to the type of cake.
  3. Add the flavours or other ingredients .
  4. Add the rest of the Giulia Base at room temperature and mix.
  5. Portion in a recipient of your choice with a sac a poche
  6. Put in blast chiller for 20 minutes or in the freezer for 8 to 12 hours. Serve cold.
  7. Decorate and serve
