The famous Spanish Catalan cream. Top-quality ingredients such as eggs and cream made with only selected fresh Italian milk, in addition to the fragrance of exotic vanilla.

Shelf life

  • Shelf life: 12 months
  • Temperature: store between 0°C and + 4° C
  • Shelf life after opening: 3/4 days
  • Optimal use temperature: between 0° e + 4°C

Product preparation

  1. Pour the Catalan crema into a container and heat in the microwave or on the hob until it reaches boiling point.
  2. Customise if desired by adding flavourings and ingredients.
  3. Pour into desired containers and place in the refrigerator for two hours.
  4. Decorate and serve
