Description

Lactose-free UHT whipping cream obtained by centrifuging only selected fresh milk from Italian pastures. Thanks to the use of state of the art equipment, it is suitable for the preparation of products for lactose-intolerant consumers. A cream with no added ingredients, a very white colour and a full, enveloping flavour, also ideal for plain consumption. Excellent hold.
