Description

The iconic Italian dessert, Tiramisù. Top quality ingredients such as eggs and mascarpone made with only selected fresh milk from Italian pastures. Versatile, percfet for making Tiramisù dessert and all mascarpone-based desserts and pastries. Ready to use, to be whipping.

Product preparation

  1. Pour the Tiramisu cream into the planetary mixer. Whip until creamy and gently aerated.
  2. Assemble dessert by alternating a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee (and liqueur if desired) with a layer of Tiramisu cream.
  3. Allow to rest (covered with cling film) in the refrigerator for at least two hours, until cold.
  4. Decorate and serve
